This tree has long been considered an excellent Christmas tree because of its beauty, stiff branches and long keepability.The needles on the Noble Fir are up-turned, giving this tree a very distinctive look that adds to the layered appearance of the branches.

The Noble Fir is commonly grown in the West Coast. It is best known for its “layered” look with sturdy branches that allow space for hanging large ornaments. Noble Firs have a slightly blue-green tint which is accented by subtle white lines on the undersides of the needles.
